Carlos del Río, M.D.
Infectious Disease Specialist and Advisor
Dr. del Río is a distinguished professor of medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. He is also a professor of global health and epidemiology at the Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University, executive associate dean of Emory University School of Medicine at Grady Health System and co-director of the Emory Center for AIDS Research.
He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and was elected as its foreign secretary in 2020.
Kenneth Ratzan, M.D.
Infectious Disease Specialist and Advisor
Dr. Kenneth Ratzan is the Chief of Infectious Diseases and the Hospital Epidemiologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ratzan joined the University of Miami Department of Medicine in 1972 and Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1975. Dr. Ratzan’s expertise is in general infectious disease including HIV and hepatitis.
He is a Professor of Medicine at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.

Emma Guttman-Yassky, MD, PhD is the system chair of the department of dermatology, and the Waldman Professor of Dermatology and Immunology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. She is the Director of the Center of Excellence in Eczema and the Laboratory for Inflammatory Skin Diseases.

Andy Jacobson is a leading entrepreneur and innovator in the nation’s telemedicine industry. Through his vision and leadership as founder and chief executive officer of 1.800MD LLC.
Prior to launching 1.800MD, Mr. Jacobson spent more than 19 years in the employee benefits and insurance industry holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, management, product design, pricing and underwriting at The Paul Revere Insurance Group and Guarantee Life Insurance Company. In 1999, Mr. Jacobson co-founded and served as managing partner for the Meridian Companies, an employee benefit wholesale distribution and single-source administration company.
Aviel Lemus, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics
A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Biochemical Sciences, Dr. Aviel Lemus received his medical degree from Tel Aviv University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tulane University. His research has focused on mechanisms of antiviral drug resistance and the evolution of viral species in patients receiving antiviral treatments.
He is a staff physician at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital where he has taught Outpatient Pediatrics for the Memorial Healthcare System Pediatric Residency Program.
